I wish to allow you to spend pleasant moments, while ensuring optimal hygiene and safety for all.
 
Your Home
⦁ as soon as you arrive, masked or unmasked, I will welcome you while keeping, and smile, and the necessary sanitary distance
⦁ you can choose whether or not to wear a mask.
⦁ I will indicate your room and the places at your disposal, always respecting the gestures barriers.
⦁ the key to your room, disinfected beforehand, will be on the door.

The House - reception area - living area - garden and terrace
⦁ in addition to the usual cleaning, disinfection will be reinforced in all the places at your disposal.

Your room

⦁ the bed and bathroom linen will be disinfected during washing by the Blanchisserie des Alpes or with Sanytol disinfectant,
⦁ the surfaces of the sanitary facilities, the taps, not forgetting the toilet brush (and yes) will be rigorously disinfected, as well as the shower gel dispensers
⦁ will also be disinfected, wardrobe knobs, coat hangers, TV remote control, etc. will also be disinfected.
⦁ welcome products will be wrapped for your single use
⦁ a hydroalcoholic gel dispenser is at your disposal
 
Your meals - breakfast and dinner
⦁ they will be served to you, on the table in front of your room, or according to the weather in your room,
⦁ the meals will be prepared in the kitchen of my house (where you will not be able to enter) and which will be disinfected according to the protocol applied to the other living areas.
⦁ the composition of the dishes will be for your sole use, served on a plate, bread, pastries, jams, butter, sugar etc, for your sole use and what will not be consumed will be thrown away.

Your departure
⦁ I will ask you to open the windows of your room, before leaving it on the day of your departure and to leave the keys there.

PRELIMINARY INFORMATION

Article 1 - Purpose
This contract is intended for the exclusive use of the reservation of stays in guest rooms. The best welcome will be reserved for our guests. The owner undertakes to personally ensure the reception of the holidaymakers with all the desirable attentions allowing to facilitate their stay and the knowledge of the region.
 
Article 2 - Duration of the stay
The customer signing this contract concluded for a fixed period of time may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises.
 
Article 3 - Reservation
The reservation becomes effective as soon as the customer has sent the owner the total amount of the price of the stay with a minimum of one night per room.

Article 4 - Cancellation by the customer
Any cancellation must be notified by phone or email to the owner.
 
a) Cancellation before the beginning of the stay: if the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the beginning of the stay, the deposit remains acquired by the owner.
If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the beginning of the stay, the total sum remains acquired to the owner.
b) In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation shall remain entirely with the owner.

 
Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner
When before the beginning of the stay (7 days), the owner cancels this stay, he must inform the customer by mail or telephone.
The customer, without prejudice to any recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, will be reimbursed immediately for the sums paid. 
 
Article 6 - Arrival /Check out
The client must arrive on the specified day between 4:00 pm and 8:30 pm. In case of late or delayed arrival, the client must inform the owner. Departures are in 9h30 and 10h00 Maximum
 
 
Article 7 - Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 9:00 am. A margin of 1/4 hour before or after this time slot is accepted, upon customer request.
